Information on the processing of personal data in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") and Act No. 18/2018 on the protection of personal data and amendments and supplements to certain laws (hereinafter referred to as the "Law").

- Other individuals whose personal data is processed by our company under the conditions stated in this Information on the Processing of Personal Data, particularly our business partners and suppliers who perform various activities for our company on a contractual basis (hereinafter referred to as "Suppliers");
- Any individual who visits our company's website.
IV. Personal Data We Process About You
Our company processes your personal data necessary for us to provide the services we offer, to fulfill our legal obligations, and to protect the legitimate interests of our company and third parties. Most of your personal data is obtained directly from you when you express interest in the services offered by our company. Some of your personal data may be collected from other sources, such as technical data from devices you use to access our websites and from cookies, for example, information about what you view online, where, and when. Like most other websites, our technology informs us when and how you use our websites, for example, when you fill out a form to contact us or address requests to our company.
The scope of personal data we collect and use will depend on why we need it. We only collect personal data that is necessary to achieve the specified purpose of processing or for which you have given your explicit consent.

V. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
In this section, we inform you about the purposes, methods, and reasons for processing your personal data, as well as the legal basis for processing your personal data by our company.

We use your personal data for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling framework agreements for the delivery of goods, sales contracts, or other contracts and agreements, the subject of which is the provision of services or performance of various activities offered by our company. We also use your personal data for preparing related documents (information/instructions/consumer consent for contracts concluded remotely or outside business premises), including processing personal data for the purpose of negotiating the conclusion of a contract, potential changes to the contract, and other actions necessary to manage the contractual relationship, and especially for fulfilling the obligations and commitments of our company arising from such contracts, including the registration of such contracts in the internal system of our company. This also applies to contracts that our company concludes with you as a supplier of goods or services to our company.

Some ways in which your personal data is used are based on the so-called legitimate interests of our company, which include:
- Taking care of our clients' needs;
- Promotion and sale of our services;
- Protection and support of our business activities and clients;
- Maintaining and developing business strategy and competitiveness;
- Developing and testing new services, as well as improving existing ones;
- Acquiring new clients and turning potential clients into our company's clients;
- Achieving revenue and profit for our company.
We assure you that in processing your personal data for the purposes defined in the Information on the Processing of Personal Data, we strictly adhere to the principles of necessity and proportionality, i.e., we perform only such processing activities that are absolutely necessary to achieve the above purposes, and only to the extent appropriate to these purposes. In connection with this, we primarily apply the principle of data minimization and the principle of data retention minimization, as stated below.
VI. Categories of Recipients of Personal Data
In this section, we indicate to which recipients we may provide or share your personal data.
For the purpose of providing some of our services, it is necessary to provide your personal data to other persons or various cooperating entities, auditors, legal advisors, notaries, tax, accounting, and financial intermediaries, banks, insurance companies, persons performing advertising and marketing activities for the data controller, for the purpose of advertising, as well as operators of internet portals, HR CRM software, to the extent necessary for the performance of their work or rights, and who will have an obligation of confidentiality regarding such personal data under the terms agreed in a written contract concluded with them or as required by generally binding legal regulations.
Some of your personal data may be provided to service providers for our company. We strictly require all service providers to carefully protect personal data and not to use your personal data for their own marketing purposes unless you give them consent to do so. We only share personal data that our service providers strictly need to provide their services. These include entities providing accounting and payroll management services, or other professional services to our company.
Some of your personal data may be provided to state authorities and other public and administrative authorities when required by law, or when necessary to assert or defend the rights and legitimate interests of our company or third parties.
VII. Personal Data Retention Period
The period for which we will retain your personal data is 10 years from the date we obtained the personal data. In exceptional cases, if circumstances require, the retention period of personal data may be extended due to the application, proof, defense, and/or exercise of rights, claims, and legitimate interests of you as the data subject or of our own, or due to the conduct of an internal investigation. The length of such a retention period is conditioned primarily by the necessity to retain such personal data in case of proving, applying, or defending legal claims.
VIII. Data Subject Rights
If we process your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent to the processing of personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on consent before its withdrawal. You can withdraw the consent in the same way as it was given, i.e., in writing.
Regarding the processing of your personal data, you have the following additional rights within the scope of generally binding legal regulations:
- Right to object to the processing of personal data You have the right to: a. Object at any time, for reasons related to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you if the processing is carried out for the performance of a task in the public interest or is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by our company; b. If personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for such marketing purposes, including profiling to the extent it is related to such direct marketing; c. If personal data is processed for scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes, object to the processing of personal data concerning you for reasons related to your particular situation, except when the processing is necessary for the performance of a task for reasons of public interest.
- Right of access to personal data Upon your request, addressed to the contact person mentioned in this Information on the Processing of Personal Data, we will provide you with a copy of the personal data we process about you, by email unless you request another way of providing personal data.
- Right to rectification of personal data You have the right for us to rectify inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay. Considering the purposes of the processing, you also have the right to have incomplete personal data completed.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") You have the right for us to erase your personal data without undue delay if: a. The personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed; b. You withdraw your consent, and if there is no other legal basis for processing; c. You object to the processing of your personal data as described in section 1. a. above, and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or you object to the processing of your personal data as described in section 1. b. above; d. Your personal data has been processed unlawfully; e. Your personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation under European Union or Slovak law.
- Right to restrict the processing of personal data You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data if: a. You contest the accuracy of the personal data, for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of the personal data; b. The processing is unlawful, and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of its use instead; c. We no longer need your personal data for processing purposes, but you need it for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; d. You object to the processing of your personal data for the reasons described in section 1. a. above, pending the verification of whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override your legitimate grounds.
- Right to data portability You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transmit that data to another controller without hindrance from us, where: a. The processing is based on your consent or a contract; b. The processing is carried out by automated means.
